Discreetly housed within a beautiful listed building,  in the heart of historic and picturesque Bramber village, the classic Maharajah is the largest and most famous Indian Restaurant in Sussex,
The first to introduce the highly successful 'Balti'  menu in West Sussex, the Maharajah now offers special fish dishes - a passion in Bengal, and 'Patila' (sealed style) cuisine - a must for enthusiasts. Catering for all tastes, our experienced chefs create a wide range of dishes including mild aromatic Kurmas & Mossallas, spicy and pungent Madras, Baltis, Patilas & Dansak.
