Cosy cottages on a farm on the outskirts of picturesque Steyning town. There's direct access from the farm to the South Downs National Park with local footpaths and trails for mountain biking. Easy walking distance to local shops, pubs and restaurants and a 20 minute drive to the local beaches.

Accommodation comprises Kitchen, Diner, Lounge (includes a sofa-bed for two, preferably for overnight stay of your friends),  one double bedroom with 6ft-wide or single beds available, and a large en-suite shower/bathroom, with wheelchair access

Full ceramic floor tiles with oil-fired underfloor heating, electric log-effect stove included. TVs to lounge/bedroom. VCR + videos, radio/cassette/CD player. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, microwave oven, duvets, bedlinen, towels, etc.
