Steyning Parish Church – St Andrew & St Cuthman

Description

The Parish Church of St Andrew and St Cuthman:  welcomes visitors to its Services each Sunday. These are normally at 8.00am Said Holy Communion (BCP) and at 9.30am Sung Eucharist, suitable for all ages (Common Worship) and at 6.30pm. Said Evening Prayer (BCP) except that every third Sunday at 6.30pm there is a Choral Evensong with full choir (BCP).

Morning Prayer: 09:00 every weekday and at 09:30 on Saturdays at Steyning.

Wednesday Morning Eucharist:  11:30 every Wednesday in St Cuthman's Chapel, Steyning.

Evening Prayer: 17:00 every weekday (16:00 during winter hours after 30th October) at Steyning except Fridays and Saturdays.

Church Opening Times:   The Church is open every day from around 9.00am until 5.00pm, or 4.00pm after the clocks go back from 30th October (and on Sundays until after evening Service at around 7.30pm.)

Incumbent:    The Revd Mark Heather LLB BA is Vicar of this parish, and Rector of the parish of St James, Ashurst.

Weddings and Baptisms:   All enquirers about weddings and baptisms, at either Steyning or Ashurst Parish Church, should contact the Vicar on 01903 879877.   Baptisms can be held on any Sunday.
