We are family run business set in a beautiful historic building in the centre of cobblestone walk Steyning, We serve English breakfasts, traditional British lunches and specialise in afternoon tea. Through our decoration, displays and fine bone china we want you to enjoy the quintessentially British way of life, the food we serve is the best of British  and we pride ourselves on using local regional  and national produce.

We have seating up to 40 people inside and two outdoor garden seating areas. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, we look forward to  welcoming you to the cobblestone tea house.
